The Sunya Red Belt Program, led by Dr. Rajesh Savera, successfully concluded on July 6th, 2025, after an immersive and intensive 9-day experience focused on mental clarity, structured self-discipline, and conscious living.
This program offered a transformative space for individuals seeking to improve their focus, manage emotions, and understand their behavioral patterns through a practical, grounded approach.
Revisiting the Path of Clarity and Self-Regulation
The final session served as a meaningful reflection on the full journey. Participants revisited key modules that defined the Red Belt curriculum:
Panchsheel
Five core principles that serve as behavioral anchors for ethical and mindful living. These principles support daily choices aligned with greater mental discipline.
The 9 No’s
Guidelines designed to help participants disengage from unproductive habits and negative thought patterns, encouraging a more conscious approach to everyday actions.
Pre-Sunya Exercises
Preparatory techniques intended to align the body and mind for deeper focus and presence in Sunya Red Belt Program. These foundational exercises emphasized regulation of breath and awareness of movement.
Reverse Counting Practices (9–0, 29–0, 99–0)
These core practices helped participants sharpen attention and disrupt automatic internal chatter. Structured backward counting was used as a method to anchor awareness and strengthen the mind’s ability to remain centered.
Red Belt: A Foundation for Mental Strength
Throughout the 9-day program, the Red Belt was not just a level of progress—it was introduced as a tool for self-mastery. The curriculum emphasized that clarity, resilience, and contentment come from within, cultivated through repeated, structured practices.
Dr. Savera guided participants through both theory and experiential learning, ensuring that each session delivered practical techniques they could use beyond the program.
