The 4th Internship Graduation Program under the Sunyatee International Foundation Internship Program was successfully conducted at DXN Factory, Siddipet, on 28th February 2025, marking another milestone in skill development and workforce training. A total of 30 interns completed their three-month intensive training, gaining practical knowledge across multiple departments, including the Coffee Factory, Wet Food Factory, Cosmetics Factory, Agronomy, Nutraceutical Factory, and Gano Department.
Throughout the program, interns worked under the expert guidance of HODs and PICs of DXN, receiving hands-on exposure to real-world industry processes. The structured training provided them with in-depth experience, preparing them for dynamic career opportunities. Additionally, the interns were provided with stipends, allowing them to learn while being financially supported.
A key highlight of this initiative was its focus on bridging the gap between academic learning and industry needs, ensuring that interns developed the skills required in the global job market. The program not only enhanced their expertise but also created potential employment opportunities within DXN, depending on their performance and final assessments.

With four successful batches trained so far, the 4th Internship Graduation Program of the Sunyatee International Foundation Internship Program continues to empower young professionals, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to excel in their careers.
