“Her Name, Her Power” – A Celebration of Identity and Strength
One of the most memorable highlights of the event was an engaging and symbolic activity titled “Her Name, Her Power.” Each woman employee received a personalized card, with the meaning and strength behind each letter of her name celebrated.
This thoughtful gesture served as a powerful reminder that every woman’s identity holds deep value—and that her presence contributes meaningfully to the growth and spirit of the organization.
Words of Appreciation from Leadership on International Women’s Day
The event also featured a warm appreciation session led by the Project-in-Charge (PICs), who took the opportunity to acknowledge the resilience, talent, and hard work of women across departments.
Their words emphasized SIF’s ongoing commitment to diversity, inclusion, and gender equality in the workplace—encouraging every woman to feel seen, heard, and valued.
